 Tradeshow Tips

Attracting Attention
You have less than 5 seconds to capture a prospects' attention. Large, bold graphics are much more effective than many small signs and graphics.

Trade Show Attendees
More than 50% of trade show attendees are there for the first time and over 80% are either final decision or influence the purchasing process.

Plan Ahead
Well planned pre-show promotions can increase booth traffic up to 33%. Identify your prospects and inform them of your show participation.

Put Your Best Face Forward
Don't use a trade show as a training ground for new salespeople. About 80% of trade show attendees are middle/ upper management. A more credible rapport can be maintained by staffing with key management figures.

Set Up versus Dismantle

When we set up at a show, we usually take our time, and make sure that we’ve done everything possible to make the show a success.  This isn’t always the case when dismantling. We rush to leave the show, and what happens?  Display parts can be lost, graphics damaged. .  When you’re dismantling at your next show, take some extra time. You’ll be glad you did.
